About Bourbon & Branch
This location has been home to an underground speakeasy since 1867. Experience the ambiance of a different era in an actual speakeasy that operated illegally at this location during prohibition.
Still in place today, the speakeasy featured five secret exit tunnels, allowing for a quick underground getaway. Exits grant safe passage all the way to Leavenworth Street, a full block away. The Speakeasy also sports an elaborate brass warning bell system behind the counter.
